How to make a Scalp Clean Shampoo

Recipe Sequence

| 1. Measure vegetable glycerin, polyquaternium-10, and xanthan gum in a beaker and mix well. | 2. Measure Houttuynia Cordata water and place it on a hot plate to melt all the powder. | 3. When all the powder is melted, put it on a hot plate and stir it with a spatula to cool it. |
| 4. When the temperature is below 50 degrees, add the additives while stirring in order. | 5. Measure the surfactant and preservative. | 6. Lastly, add essential oil and stir well. |
