How to make a Pet foaming shampoo

Recipe Sequence

| 1. Measure purified water and polyquaternium-10 and melt them on a hot plate. Polyquaternium-10 melts at about 50 degrees. While melting, use a spatula to stir continuously so that lumps do not form and dissolve well. | 2.
