How to make a Keratin shampoo

Recipe Sequence

| 1. Weigh polyquaternium-10 and vegetable glycerin in a beaker. | 2. Mix well using a spatula. | 3. Next, add purified water and heat it up to 70 degrees on a hot plate. |
