In this recipe, we will use citric acid to control Ph balance. It will be convenient to add citric acid after dissolving it in warm water in a 1:1 ratio beforehand.

Recipe Sequence

| 1. After measuring vegetable glycerin and polyquaternium-10 in a beaker, mix well. | 2. After measuring the purified water, heat it to 60~70 degrees and stir it. | 3. Measure oils, emulsifying wax, and cetyl alcohol in another beaker and heat it to 60-70 degrees. |
| 4. When the contents of the two beakers reach 70 degrees, pour the beaker containing purified water into the oil beaker and mix. | 5.
