How to make a Mild acidic rosemary conditioner

This is a slightly acidic rosemary conditioner that you can make in this post. Restore the PH to weakly acidic with citric acid for a more shiny and softer wipe. In addition, for added nourishment and regeneration, it is further enhanced with Jojoba, Castor, and Sweet Almond oils. Lastly, to succeed in hair care, I took the hair care function and fragrance with rosemary essential oil.
